Mint

Mint has been cultivated in England since the 17th century, and peppermint is the result of spontaneous hybridization between green spearmint and watery mint (Mentha aquatica). This variety of mint does not only taste good. It is commonly used for its medicinal properties. Indeed, peppermint helps to relieve abdominal discomfort such as bloating or intestinal gases. This herbal tea is useful at all hours of the day to stimulate the biliary secretion which improves the digestive function before and after meals.
